Yes. Every visitor checks in at the front booth before walking the lot. It takes about a minute — your name, email, and how many people are with you.
Check-in includes a short safety waiver. The event runs in an active parking lot, so you're confirming you'll look out for your own safety, let a CAF associate be the one to open any vehicle, and skip test drives unless the owner gives permission.
Harper College is a smoke, vape, alcohol and weapons free campus, and kids under 14 stay with an adult. You can read the full visitor terms any time.
