Sold "AS-IS". This vehicle is sold in its present condition, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and accepts it as-is.
Odometer. The seller certifies that, to the best of their knowledge, the odometer reading above reflects the actual mileage — unless noted otherwise here: ____________________. Federal guidance generally calls for an odometer disclosure at transfer for vehicles model year 2011 and newer; the odometer is also certified in the assignment section of the Illinois title.
Tip: print two copies so the seller and the buyer each keep a signed original. Illinois guidance suggests keeping a copy for your records.
