Sold your car before the event? You're entitled to a full refund on your seller registration.
Last Updated: May 14, 2026You're eligible for a full refund of your seller registration fee if both of the following are true:
1. You sold your vehicle through another channel (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, a private buyer, or a dealer trade-in) before May 27, 2026.
2. You request the refund by emailing us before May 27, 2026 at the address below.
Send an email to the address below with your name and the email address you used to register. We'll process the refund back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Once the event is within a few days of opening, we've already committed venue, staffing, and marketing spend to your spot. Refund requests received on or after May 27, 2026 are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you can no longer attend, please email us anyway — we'd rather hear from you and figure something out than have a no-show.
